Smith and McMaster Offices

The former boiler room of the Stocking Works Building was renovated into offices for legal and real estate firms in a shared space. All new elements are modern in vocabulary except the added mezzanine floor was built consistent with the timber construction elsewhere in the structure. This dichotomy of vocabularies enlivens the space.
