The Stocking Works, Building 2

Design of a new office building on the Stocking Works campus in the Newtown Historic District. The building has three tenant floors with a tenant area of 32,000 sf and gross building area including a full basement of nearly 50,000 sf. Features include 12 ft. ceilings in offices, a basement gym, glass block floors, and three story glass sculpture. This project was honored with a local preservation award.
