Designed as a new small office building with a vocabulary to fit in a historic district and scaled to the adjacent residential area. The building and 20 parking spaces are placed on a small quarter acre lot. The fixed wall tenant layout accommodates a flexible number of tenants with only the removal or addition of six short wall sections.
