Chancellor Center Addition & Renovation
This four million dollar renovation of a historic school building into a school administration building included a new entry addition which framed an existing facade. The design strove to ‘respect’ the original building including room volumes, ornamental trim, characteristic features, and to ‘respectfully contrast’ new construction with the original building. Awarded a local preservation award and contributed to a state recognition of Newtown Borough for historic preservation.Historic Development
